Beginner Guide

Start simple. Add detail only when it helps.

The preset buttons do the sorting and filtering for you. You do not need to be a spreadsheet expert.

1

Begin with the label

Category tells you whether the setup qualified, was blocked, was bearish, or showed no trade.

2

Use the grade for strength

A+ and A indicate stronger demo alignment. B is qualified. C is lower-strength. NQ means it did not qualify.

3

Review the outcome

Result, maximum gain, and maximum drawdown show how the setup behaved after the recorded scan time.

4

Use a preset

Strongest Signals, Target Hitters, Signals That Failed, and Blocked Opportunities each answer a common research question.

5

Download only when ready

The Excel workbook opens on a START HERE sheet with filter instructions and examples.

Question: Which signals were strongest?

Choose Strongest Signals. The page shows High Confidence Watch records graded A or A+.

Question: Which qualified signals struggled?

Choose Signals That Failed. Review stop hits and negative closes without changing any filters yourself.

Question: Are the safety filters helping?

Choose Blocked Opportunities. Compare block reasons with the movement that followed.

High Confidence Watch

Passed every core rule and exceeded additional momentum, volume, trend-quality, and risk thresholds. Priority review—not an automatic buy.

Watch

Passed the required scanner rules and qualified for continued monitoring.

Short Watch

Bearish momentum met scanner criteria for advanced downside review.

Blocked

Showed potential, but one or more safety or quality filters prevented qualification.

No Trade

No quality setup was detected. Waiting is part of the strategy.

A+Exceptional rule alignment

NQDid not qualify

Grades summarize setup strength. Categories describe rule status. Neither is a prediction, guarantee, or instruction to trade.
