Collect market data
The private scanner collects scan results, end-of-day data, and blocked-opportunity records.
How it works
Market Compass is being designed as the clear, user-friendly layer on top of the Stock Momentum Scanner.
Private Beta update schedule
During the busy morning session, Market Compass performs full-market scans approximately every 5 minutes. Later in the day, it performs full-market scans approximately every 30 minutes.
Between full-market scans, the Live Board Monitor updates existing setups approximately every minute. It refreshes current prices, setup conditions, progress, Scanner Confirmation, and customer-facing timestamps for symbols the full scanner already placed on today’s board.
New opportunities are added only during full-market scans. The Live Board Monitor does not search for or introduce new stocks, and these updates are not second-by-second exchange data.
The private scanner collects scan results, end-of-day data, and blocked-opportunity records.
The rules look for momentum while blocks help avoid low-quality, confusing, or riskier setups.
Results are grouped into Priority Momentum Setup, High Confidence Watch, Momentum Watch, Bearish Watch, Watch Only, or no-trade style categories.
The website presents each result with plain-English labels, reasons, and risk reminders for beginner traders, aspiring traders, and self-directed investors.
Each saved signal can retain its original timestamp, category, grade, factor scores, scanner version, and later measured outcome for honest backchecking.
Current private beta connection
The private beta scanner runs on a schedule, exports clean Market Compass data, updates the Daily Momentum Board, and preserves EOD results in Signal History. Market Compass organizes the research and planning information; users make their own trading decisions.
Signal categories
One of the scanner’s strongest early-momentum research candidates. Prioritized for the Private Beta 2.5% scalp / 4% runner test plan, with trigger confirmation and risk checks still required before it becomes Active Now.
Passed the core scanner rules with strong momentum, volume, trend-quality, and risk alignment. Strong overall setup for review.
Momentum activity was detected by Market Compass and deserves continued review.
Showed potential, but one or more safety, timing, extension, or quality filters kept it out of stricter review.
Bearish pressure met scanner criteria for advanced downside research only; it is not an instruction to short.
No quality setup was detected. Waiting for a better opportunity is part of the strategy.
